Issue Description: You are being charged for the THC+ membership but the website says your membership is inactive when you log in as a plus member.
Cause: If you are experiencing this issue, there's a good chance that you signed up as a THC+ member on or before 2/12/2019 via our prior membership site, and your membership details didn't migrate to the new membership system correctly.
We believe the root cause of this issue has been resolved, but there are still a few memberships that aren't working correctly that we will have to fix manually.
